I was wondering if you should consider accepting offers to buy your out? Seems if you have a lot of towers you have a good infrastructure that would be attractive to another larger company.

You could stay on in a consultancy capacity.

Otherwise you could make your peace with bandwidth and ask for different terms or sell part of your business to them in exchange for debt.

Third choice is to undertake a rapid sales promotion to biring in more customers – but I am guessing that you have done this already!

If you are having problems covering your recurring expenses and have allready restructured then you have problems – but still have a valuable infrastructure.

Hmm. Have you ever considered using your expertise to build an organization that would help you deal with the expansion? I would love to speak with you privately about this. I may have some suggestions if I can find out more about your company.
